Marc Zitomer and Kate Gilfillan will present a two-part workshop, "Mergers & Acquisitions" at the New Jersey Association of Independent Schools (NJAIS) Trustee Enrichment Day, on November 17, at the Morristown-Beard School. Trustee Enrichment Day is an annual event for new and experienced trustees, as well as heads of schools and school administrators to experience a broad range of speakers and workshops to support strong governance.
