On May 20, 2006, Brian M. Foley, Esq. was a guest speaker and panelist at a seminar for physicians entitled "Medical Practice 101," sponsored by the Morris County Medical Society. Mr Foley gave a presentation on Fraud and Abuse in Health Care, focused on the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Law, and the "Stark" Physician Self-Referral Law.
