Jeffrey T. LaRosa and Gary F. Werner won a $1.4 million jury verdict on behalf of New Jersey Transit. The case involved NJ Transit's claims against a contractor who performed renovation work on the Newark Broad Street Train Station. NJ Transit will also seek to recover attorneys' fees from the contractor by way of post-trial motion.
