Eric J. Inglis authored an article published in the January/February 2013 edition of Family Business magazine entitled; “Corporate Divorce Brings Heartbreak To A Family,” which explores some of the unanticipated hazards of litigating the breakup of a family business. Mr. Inglis chairs the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group, and regularly handles litigation arising from the dissolution of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and other business entities.
