Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP is pleased to announce that it has added two experienced health care attorneys to its Health Care Law Practice Group.  Joining the firm as Associates in its Florham Park office are Sharmila  D. Jaipersaud and Lauren A. DeWitt.

Ms. Jaipersaud comes to the firm with over twelve years of experience in corporate law and health care law.  Ms. Jaipersaud focuses  her practice on health care corporate and transactional matters, representing hospitals, physicians and other health care providers.

Ms. DeWitt has been practicing law for over six years.  She represents health systems, hospitals, physicians, ambulatory care centers, and other health care providers in all areas of regulatory, corporate and transactional matters.
