Michael Mullen was a proud recipient of the Nancy and Marty Dowd Spirit of Hope Award presented by the Cancer Support Community of Central New Jersey at its Inspiring Hope Gala held on September 20, 2018. Over 300 supporters attended the event which was held at Fiddler's Elbow Country Club in Bedminster, New Jersey.  Mr. Mullen has been counsel to this charitable organization for nearly eight years and has been a member of its regular board and Executive Committee for over seven years.  Mr. Mullen has been instrumental in assisting CSC-CNJ secure the requisite land use approvals for additions to and expansion of the organization’s Bedminster property.  The Spirit of Hope Award is given annually to the individual who best exemplifies the organization’s commitment to the Central New Jersey community and its vision that no one should face cancer alone.  During the term of Mr. Mullen's service to CSC, the organization has greatly expanded the scope of its services to cancer patients and their families, school children, caregivers and traditionally under-served segments of the Central New Jersey community.
