On July 25, 2018, Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP sponsored a Morris County Chamber of Commerce seminar: “Employers Beware!”  Cynthia Flanagan and Joseph Maddaloni, Co-Chairs of the Firm’s Labor & Employment Practice, presented a program on New Jersey’s new Equal Pay Act and Paid Sick Leave Laws.  Kristi Telschow, CEO, of Jersey Staffing Solutions, also presented.  Recognizing that New Jersey employers may be hit hard by the rapidly changing landscape of employment laws, Ms. Flanagan and Mr. Maddaloni spoke to human resources professionals, executives and other professionals about the new laws and their impact on their businesses.  The event was held at the Madison Hotel and was considered the best-attended Morris County Chamber educational seminar in recent memory.
