Ms. Whitenack co-chairs the Elder & Special Need Law and Estate and Trust Litigation Practice Groups.  She is nationally recognized in her areas of concentration and has recently been selected as the President-Elect of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, effective June 1, 2014.
