Farah Ansari was quoted in a story on Law360, “Online Fundraisers Fraught with Criminal, Civil Risks,” which focused on a viral story chronicling the legal battle between a homeless veteran and a New Jersey couple.   In the article, Ms. Ansari predicts crowdfunding may spur new legal guidelines by the New Jersey Attorney General with respect to protecting consumers and beneficiaries from fraud.  She said, “They act as a watchdog of what is happening [with regard to fundraisers] and who is asking people to donate.”
