Valerie A. Vladyka, a member of the Firm’s Insurance Defense and Insurance Coverage Practice Groups, presented a seminar entitled “Tendering a Defense” to Greater New York Mutual Insurance Company on November 12, 2014.  The seminar addressed issues and potential obstacles when claiming additional insured status and tendering an insured’s defense to a third party insurance carrier.  The seminar also addressed contractual defense and indemnification issues.
