Schenck, Price, Smith & King's School Law and Labor and Employment practice groups have won a significant victory in the Office of Administrative Law

Schenck, Price, Smith & King’s School Law and Labor and Employment practice groups have won a significant victory in the Office of Administrative Law.  In Carmen Benjamin v. State-Operated School District of Paterson and Paula Santana, decided on December 6, 2013, the Honorable Caridad F. Rigo, ALJ dismissed teacher Carmen Benjamin’s complaint, which alleged that the district and Principal Santana failed to accommodate her disability and retaliated against her.  SPSK’s victory came after a five day trial before Judge Rigo.  Should you have any questions, please contact John D.
