On May 29, 2018, Shirley Whitenack addressed the New Jersey Supreme Court on behalf of the New Jersey State Bar Association regarding proposed court rule 4:86-7A, which would shift application for financial maintenance for incapacitated adults from the Family Part to the Probate Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
