Clifford D. Dawkins, Jr., was a speaker, representing both Schenck, Price, Smith & King and Rutgers Law School, in a program, "Having Our Voices Heard," in which attorneys and members of the Congressional Black Caucus discussed how lawyers and politicians can support and partner with one another.  The program, held on Capital Hill in Washington, D.C., was sponsored by the Congressional Black Caucus and leading universities, including Harvard, University of Pennsylvania, Howard, George Washington and Cornell.
