Shirley Whitenack, Gary Mazart and John Bowens have been included on the list of Best Lawyers for a number of years.

A past president of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Ms. Whitenack co-chairs the firm’s Elder & Special Needs Law Practice Group and the Estates and Trusts Litigation Practice Group and devotes a substantial portion of her practice to elder and special needs law, estate planning and administration, and trust and estate litigation.

With nearly 35 years of experience, Mr. Mazart is a highly accomplished attorney who is a Fellow with the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel and is listed in the top 10% of Americas Most Honored Professionals.  Mr. Mazart co-chairs the firm’s Estate, Gift & Charitable Planning Practice Group and is a member of the Elder & Special Needs Law Practice Group.

A Certified Trial Attorney, Mr. Bowens co-chairs the Firm's Appellate Practice Group.  He is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a trial lawyer honorary society comprised of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.

Gary Werner is Schenck Price’s Managing Partner and Chair of the firm’s Construction Law Practice Group.  He has more than three decades of experience in all types of complex commercial litigation. He is also a long time member of the Construction and Public Contracts Section of the New Jersey State Bar.
