Terrence J. Hull is an associate with the firm’s Health Care Law, Professional Liability, Appellate Practice and Commercial Litigation practice groups. Mr. Hull has experience in all phases of ligation throughout New Jersey and New York, appearing regularly in court at the state and federal levels. Mr. Hull’s experience includes representing hospitals, long-term care and rehabilitation facilities, physicians and their practices, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists and midwives. He often defends medical professionals during depositions and collaborates with experts to complete reports.
Prior to joining Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP, Mr. Hull worked at a prominent New Jersey firm where he concentrated his practice in the areas of medical malpractice and personal injury. He began his career serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas V. Manahan, J.A.D., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
Mr. Hull graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. in Marketing. Mr. Hull earned his J.D. from New York Law School where he graduated cum laude. He was also a John Marshall Harlan Scholar. While in law school, Mr. Hull served as a Staff Editor for the New York Law School Law Review. He currently sits on the Alzheimer’s Association of New Jersey Young Professionals Advisory Council and is an active participant in both the Villanova University Alumni Association and the Morris County Chamber of Commerce.
