Prior to joining Schenck, Price, Smith & King, Kimberly E. Lomot was an associate at a large New Jersey firm practicing in the areas of real estate, land use, community association law and commercial lending.  Throughout her career so far, she has represented several school boards and private parties in zoning and land use matters and has served as Zoning Board counsel for a municipality.  She was recognized in 2010 by New Jersey Monthly magazine as one of New Jersey’s “Rising Star, Super Lawyers” * in Real Estate.

Ms. Lomot is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Women in the Profession and Banking Group.

In addition to her legal work, Ms. Lomot enjoys volunteering for various organizations.  She is a volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters and has actively supported the Susan G. Komen for the Cure® organization by participating in their annual Race for the Cure®.
