Amy Buck Faundez joined Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP in August 2011. Ms. Faundez’s practice as a transactional attorney focuses on commercial real estate and financing. She represents financial institutions, entities, individuals and borrowers in commercial loans, purchases and sales of businesses and/or assets, and commercial transactions while also providing general corporate advice. She also handles drafting and negotiating various agreements related to hospitals and hospital systems with respect to their operational needs.
Prior to joining Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP, Ms. Faundez was an associate at a large New Jersey firm practicing in the areas of commercial real estate, financing, including banking institutions and lenders, and general transactional work. She was also Associate General Counsel at a private lending company. Earlier in her career, she was a law clerk for the Honorable Marguerite T. Simon, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division, Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County Vicinage. Ms. Faundez earned her Master's degree (L.L.M.) in Health Law in early 2012.
