Cynthia Flanagan and Joseph Maddaloni, Co-Chairs of Schenck Price’s Labor & Employment practice, presented a breakfast briefing to the members of the Morris County Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) at the Park Avenue Club on April 25. They addressed “Employment Law Issues for Small Businesses” and discussed how businesses will be impacted by the new Overtime Rules, Expanded NJ Family Leave, and the prohibition of certain employer protections in employment agreements.
