Gary F. Werner and Joseph R. Haftek, Jr. were presenters at a Construction Law 2015 Seminar entitled a Focus on “The Bid” and “The Claim.” The seminar was held at the NJ Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ on June 4, 2015, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Mr. Werner’s topic was “Construction Claims Against the Public Entity.”  Mr. Haftek’s topic was “Public Sector Procurement Laws for Construction.”
