Lauren Mechaly will be on the faculty of “Basics of Elder Law & Special Needs Practice,” sponsored by the New York State Bar Association’s Elder Law & Special Needs Section and its Committee on Continuing Legal Education, on November 15 in New York City.  Agenda topics will include Advanced Directives; Medicare, Medigap, and Long-Term Care Insurance; Veterans Benefits; Medicaid; Estate Planning for the Elderly and Individuals with Special Needs and Their Families; and Ethical Considerations for Representative an Elderly Population.
