Christina Principe is an associate in the Health Care Law Practice Group. She represents a diverse group of health care providers on corporate and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. In this role, she develops and implements corporate ownership structures related to the acquisition and sale of medical practices and prepares and negotiates compliant lease arrangements, employment agreements, professional services agreements, asset purchase agreements, operating agreements, and organizational bylaws.
Additionally, Christina advises clients on compliance with state and federal regulations relating to the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute, fee-splitting prohibitions, state corporate practice of medicine laws, and scope of practice restrictions, ensuring her clients remain in full adherence to the ever-evolving healthcare laws and regulations. Her clients include a wide range of health care providers and stakeholders, including physicians, single-specialty group practices, multi-specialty group practices, ambulatory surgery centers, surgical practices, and medical spas.
Previously, Christina was an associate for the health care practice of a New Jersey law firm. She also served as a legal intern at two firms and was a summer associate at Schenck Price in 2021. Prior to attending law school, Christina served as an Advisory Associate with KPMG in New York where she specialized in Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering compliance and enforcement.
