Schenck, Price, Smith & King recently celebrated its ninety-fifth anniversary. Our firm's long history of excellence and professionalism are important ingredients in assuring our clients that we have the experience, stature, and resources necessary to meet their needs. Over the last five years, the firm has experienced significant growth, increasing its size by fifty percent. A substantial part of our expansion reflects a significant number of talented experienced attorneys who have come to our firm from other practices.

Through the years, and today, attorneys in the firm have held or gone on to numerous positions of leadership in government and the bar. Those positions include State Supreme Court Justice, Appellate Division Judge, Superior Court Judge, New Jersey State Senator, United States Attorney, Commissioner of the Board of Public Utilities, Counsel to the Governor, Assistant Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Commerce, Counsel to the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission, Mayor, Presidents of the County Bar Associations, Chairs of County Ethics Committees, and President of the New Jersey Association of School Attorneys. Attorneys in the firm have served or are serving as attorneys for the municipalities, planning boards, zoning boards, and boards of education.
