HEALTH CARE ATTORNEY

Schenck, Price, Smith & King, a leading NJ law firm, is seeking a highly motivated, full-time health care attorney with considerable (minimum 6 to 8 years) experience. This attorney must have transactional health care experience and a strong knowledge base in the business and regulatory aspects of health law including contract drafting/review, HIPAA, Stark, Anti-kickback, licensing matters and transactional matters. The candidate must have superior academic credentials and very strong communication, writing, research and analytical skills. Some existing book of business is highly preferable. The firm represents health care organizations throughout New Jersey in a full range of matters. Competitive salary and benefits package.
