Litigation DepartmentSchenck, Price, Smith & King's Litigation Department serves corporate and individual clients in a broad range of litigated and other contested matters in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. More than twenty attorneys practice in the firm's Litigation Department, including a number of senior partners with decades of experience. Department members are prepared to work either as a litigation team or individually, as may be appropriate in view of the size and nature of the particular case. Our utmost goal is a favorable result for the client. This may mean winning at trial, or it may mean an early, cost-effective resolution of the dispute.
