Investigations and Audit

The Investigations and Audit Practice Group at Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP, provides both public and private entities with counseling, integrity, compliance, investigation, monitoring, and litigation services. The group is comprised of experienced corporate and litigation attorneys who provide a multidisciplinary approach to integrity-related issues in serving the needs of public and private entities, their trustees, directors, officers and committees. Understanding and applying the appropriate legal and ethical standards of conduct are fundamental to successful operation of any organization. Members of the Investigations and Audit Practice Group have the necessary expertise and experience to identify those legal and ethical standards, determine when those standards have been breached, and guide the entity through the steps necessary to remedy inappropriate conduct and to restore both integrity to and confidence in the organization.
