Appellate Practice

To many attorneys, a case ends after it has been tried and the post-trial motions have been decided. Such a view is mistaken, however. In today's world of never-ending litigation, a trial is often just the first stage of an extended process. Much as day follows night, appeals follow trials.

Schenck, Price, Smith & King has an active appellate practice in which attorneys guide and handle appeals in both the state and federal legal systems on a regular and frequent basis.
