Richard Toniolo is an associate with Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP and a member of the firm’s Business Law Department. A certified Civil Trial Attorney, Mr. Toniolo’s expertise includes automobile, product, homeowners and construction litigation, as well as workers' compensation and personal injury matters. He also practices in the areas of land use and real estate, with both planning board and board of adjustment experiences. Specifically, Mr. Toniolo has experience in Mt. Laurel applications; townhouse and condominium development; relocation and/or expansion of religious organizations and private educational facilities; and drafting Master Plan and Master Plan Amendments. Mr. Toniolo has served as counsel for the Borough of Norwood, Zoning Board of Adjustment from February 2005 through 2008.

After graduating from Rutgers University in 1966, Mr. Toniolo continued his education at St. John’s University School of Law where he completed his law degree in 1971.
