Joseph L. Roselle is an associate with Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP and is a member of the firm's School Law, Labor and Employment Practice Group within the Business Law Department. Mr. Roselle focuses his practice in the areas of educational law and public sector labor relations. He has extensive experience in advising clients with respect to student and employee rights, residency issues and tenure matters. Mr. Roselle regularly appears before the Office of Administrative Law, Commissioner of Education, Public Employment Relations Commission and State Court in his representation of school districts, and has lectured throughout the State on education law topics.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Roselle practiced in the areas of public entity law, insurance defense and real estate. He has represented local governments and insurance companies throughout the State of New Jersey.

Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Roselle worked for a private company where he prepared and reviewed contracts and bid specifications for municipal services as well as contracts for the sale of goods to regional and national retailers.

Mr. Roselle graduated from Rutgers College in 2002 and received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law in 2005. He is a member of New Jersey State Bar Association as well as the American Bar Association and the National Italian American Bar Association
