Jane Paftinos

Jane Paftinos is an associate with Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP and a member of the firm’s Business Law Department. Ms. Paftinos joined the firm in 2002 and practices primarily in the general corporate banking and real estate areas. She is also a member of the Commercial Restructuring and Workouts Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate with a well established firm in Morris County practicing in the areas of real estate and commercial lending.

Ms. Paftinos was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 1999 after graduating from DePaul University College of Law. She was admitted to practice in New York in 2000. Ms.Paftinos received her undergraduate degree in criminal justice from Seton Hall University.

Ms. Paftinos is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association as well as the New York Bar Association.
