Michael K. Mullen is a partner with Schenck, Price, Smith & King’s Litigation and Business Law Departments. He handles a variety of civil litigation, including complex environmental claims and business disputes. He also has significant expertise in insurance coverage disputes, product liability, toxic tort, Superfund litigation, and estate litigation.

Mr. Mullen has extensive experience in commercial real estate matters, including property sales and acquisitions, lease negotiation and property management issues.

Mr. Mullen is a member of the Morris County, New Jersey State and American Bar Associations. His community involvements include organizations such as the New Community Foundation, New Jersey Society for the Prevention of Blindness, the Northern New Jersey Notre Dame Alumni Club, and Saint James Parish.

Mr. Mullen graduated from the Delbarton School in Morristown in 1975 and the University of Notre Dame in 1979. After college, he attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law and joined Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP after graduation in 1983.
