Brian Lehrer is an associate with Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP and a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. He is also a member of the Commercial Restructuring and Workouts Practice Group. Mr. Lehrer’s expertise includes insurance litigation and civil trial practice.

Mr. Lehrer is the past chair of the New Jersey Insurance Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. For the past ten years, he edited and authored the section newsletter. Currently, he serves on the editorial board of the New Jersey Lawyer Magazine.

A 1988 graduate of the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University with a B.S. in journalism, Mr. Lehrer continued his education at the Indiana University Law School, graduating cum laude in 1991. He was a law clerk to the Honorable Arthur Minuskin, J.S.C. from 1991-1992.
