Paul H. Green
Paul H. Green is a partner with Schenck, Price, Smith & King’s Business Law Department and is a member of the firm's School Law, Labor and Employment Practice Group. Mr. Green’s practice is focused on education law and public sector labor relations. He counsels boards of education in all facets of school law and is highly regarded for his particular depth in special education, public bidding and contract matters, employee relations and technology-related issues.
Mr. Green has spent his entire legal career concentrating on the representation of school districts. He regularly appears before the Office of Administrative Law/Commissioner of Education, the Public Employment Relations Commission, the Division on Civil Rights and State and federal courts. He frequently lectures and provides in-services on such topics as sexual harassment, student discipline, employee evaluation and discipline, special education and public and student records issues.
Mr. Green serves as Pro Bono Counsel to the Morris County Library Foundation and the Morris County 9/11 Memorial Foundation. He is a member of the National Schools Boards Association Council of School Attorneys. He is a current member and served as a past president of the New Jersey Association of School Attorneys.
Mr. Green is a 1977 graduate of the University of Rochester and a 1980 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law.
