Jeremy M. Garlock is a partner with Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP and has been a member of the firm’s Business Law Department since 1999. He is also a member of the firm’s Banking Practice Group and the Commercial Restructuring and Workouts Practice Group. Mr. Garlock represents a broad spectrum of clients in business and real estate acquisitions and dispositions, financings, mergers, formations and general corporate matters. He also represents lenders in a variety of transactions, including commercial leasehold mortgages, construction loans, asset-based credit facilities, commercial term loans and lines of credit.

A cum laude graduate of Seton Hall Law School, Mr. Garlock was admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York in 1999. He was first employed by the firm as a summer law clerk in 1998. Mr. Garlock graduated from the University of Delaware in 1995 and received his B.S. in Accounting from the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics. Mr. Garlock has been a member of the Morris and Essex County Inn of Transactional Counsel since its inception in 2001. Mr. Garlock was recognized in 2009 by New Jersey Monthly magazine as one of New Jersey’s “Rising Star, Super Lawyers”.
