Cynthia L. Flanagan is an associate with Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP and a member of the Litigation Department. Ms. Flanagan’s practice focuses on employment litigation, environmental litigation and insurance defense

Ms. Flanagan served as Law Clerk to The Honorable John B. Dangler, J.S.C. in Morris County and completed a judicial clerkship with The Honorable Arthur D. Spatt, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York. Ms. Flanagan completed an internship with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of New York. Ms. Flanagan is a member of the Construction Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and she currently holds the position of Chairwoman of the Diversity Committee

Ms. Flanagan received a J.D. from New York Law School in 2003. She received her undergraduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2000.
