William C. Dodd
William C. Dodd is a partner with Schenck, Price, Smith & King’s Litigation and Business Law Departments. His practice includes commercial and divorce litigation, commercial and residential real estate transactions and land use. Mr. Dodd has extensive experience in matrimonial law, including the negotiation of pre-marital, interspousal and divorce agreements as well as divorce litigation and trials.
Active in the community, Mr. Dodd has served as a board member for three non-profit agencies in Morris County. He was previously a member of the Board of Directors of the Jersey Battered Women's Service and Volunteers for Morris County and presently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Homeless Solutions. Mr. Dodd is also an Elder of the Presbyterian Church in Morristown. He is a member of the American, New Jersey State and Morris County Bar Associations. He is a member of the Family Law section of the American and New Jersey State Bar Associations.
After graduating from Wesleyan University in 1968, Mr. Dodd received his law degree in 1971 from the Vanderbilt University Law School. He joined Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP in 1992.
Mr. Dodd was recognized in 2005 by New Jersey Monthly“Super Lawyers” in Family Law.
