A. Nichole Cipriani
A. Nichole Cipriani is an associate at Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP and a member of the firm’s Tax, Trust and Estate Department. She practices primarily in the areas of estate and tax planning and estate administration.
Ms. Cipriani is a member of the Morris County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She also serves on the Cancer Hope Network Gala Planning Board and is a member of the Junior League of Morristown.
Ms. Cipriani completed her undergraduate studies in French Literature and English at Emory University in Atlanta, and went on to become an assistant editor of Parenting Magazine in New York City. In 2005, she graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was a Presidential Scholar, and is currently pursuing an LL.M in Taxation part-time at New York University School of Law. Prior to joining Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Donald G. Collester, Jr., Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
While attending law school, Ms. Cipriani interned at the Internal Revenue Service Chief Counsel’s Office and the New York Stock Exchange, and worked for Pricewaterhouse Coopers’ International Tax Group. She also worked as a summer associate at a health law firm.
