Daniel O. Carroll
Daniel O. Carroll is an associate with Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP, and a member of the firm’s Business Law Department and its Business Transactions and Corporate Governance Practice Groups. Mr. Carroll represents and advises a diverse array of business clients with respect to entity formation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, securities law issues, mergers and acquisitions, finance and general corporate matters.
He was first employed by the firm as a summer law clerk in 2000 and joined the firm as an associate in 2001 after graduating from law school. Prior to rejoining the firm in 2008, Mr. Carroll was an associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, LLP in New York where he was a member of that firm’s Capital Markets Department. During his time at Cadwalader (2005 - 2008), he concentrated on transactions involving the offering of mortgage-backed securities and compliance with securities regulation.
Mr. Carroll attended Tulane Law School where he was a member of the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law. In 2001, Mr. Carroll graduated cum laude from Tulane and was admitted to practice law in New Jersey later that year. Mr. Carroll was also admitted to practice law in New York in 2002. Prior to law school, Mr. Carroll graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond and received his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Robins School of Business.
Mr. Carroll and his family reside in Westfield, New Jersey.
