• Mark Zientek, Jr. is an associate in the Family Law & Divorce Practice Group. Mark works with clients and helps prepare documents and other research related to matrimonial issues, including matters encompassing custody, alimony, child support, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence, etc.

    Prior to joining Schenck Price, Mark served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable MeLinda Hawkins-Taylor, of the Family Division in the Essex County Vicinage in Newark.  In this role, Mark conducted legal research, analyzed evidence, assessed witnesses, drafted opinions and memorandums, and drafted and revised court orders for several Family Court dockets.

    During law school, Mark was selected to participate in a Summer Simulation Program at Venable LLP in their Corporate Law Practice Group.  He also served as an intern at the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety: Division of Consumer Affairs.

    Mark also worked as a Manager and Supervisor for his family’s business, an amusement rental and logistics company.
