On July 4, Michael K. Mullen, President and Counsel of the Washington Association of New Jersey (WANJ) and Schenck Price Partner, invited the public to join in on the organization's Independence Day celebrations.

The WANJ was founded 149 years ago to ensure General George Washington's legacy and preserve the Jacob Ford Mansion in Morristown, New Jersey, which sheletered Washington and his Headquarters staff during the Revolutionary War.
