Julie Cross joined Schenck Price Smith & King in 2022. Her legal experience has focused on Estate Planning and Estate Administration. She has prepared numerous estate planning documents including Last Wills and Testaments, Revocable Living Trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, Gift Trusts, Supplemental Benefits Trusts, General Durable Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives.
Julie also assists clients through the estate and trust administration process, guiding them through probate and advising families on matters pertaining to the decedent’s assets and property. As part of the administration process Julie has worked closely with the decedent’s financial advisors and accountants to effectuate the proper transfer of assets. She has also drafted the documents for the transfer of real property. In addition, Julie has also prepared any necessary Federal Estate Tax Returns, New Jersey Inheritance Tax Returns and Accountings.
